This is a very special tour to Nepal for the Khambala School girls from year 10 to year 12 - They will experience the beauty of this country and the kindness of the local people and the amazing children of Sundara Devi school at Tame.

The area where the girls wll be trekking are very poor people who live in a basic subsistence farming. They are deprived of the basic human necessities - hard life but they are still very happy with what they have now. I feel that Khambala school girls will have a wonderful time with the school children of Tame and will experience the beauty and wonder ful nature of the Nepalese people. They will take fond memories with them back to Sydney where they will feel that how luck and fortunate they are back in Australia and will learn to appreciate the hard work that there parents are doing for them.

The trek continues through the village of Kapilass and then finally towards the village of Tame where the Sundar Devi School is based. Once we are at the school we set up camp and work with the school head master for 4 days. There will be lost of activities that the Khambala school girls can work together with the school children.After a wonderful experience with the school we then drive back to Kathmandu and head down to Chitwan jungle Lodge to see the wild life safari for two nights .  We then drive back to kathmandu for our special 0ne hour Mount Everest scenic flight with our leader Tashi Tenzing (First Australian to climb Everest 3 times.) This is amazing 1 hour flight where you get to feel and see the majestic Mount Everest and its surrounding 8000m peaks. Our last day is spent shopping in Thamel and then catch our flight back to australia taking the wonderful memories of Nepal and its beautiful culture and its very friendly smiling children of Sundara Devi school .
